A:
Fields from eTK, eVK2 or Namelist are searched for string A (single word or word string).
Single word searches should use the word root (enter "sol").
Searches return the search term and search results followed by full records.
A||B:
The subset of eTK or eVK2 records where the fields contain string A is then searched for fields containing string B.
Search for records containing clock in the British Library (enter "BL,||clock").
If the keyboard has no vertical bar ("|"), cut and paste the "||" symbol from the special characters above.
A&&B:
Fields from eTK or eVK2 which contain string A are then searched for string B.
Search for references to "stell" and "fix" (enter "stell&&fix").
If the keyboard has no ampersand ("&"), cut and paste the "&&" symbol from the special characters above.
A||B&&C:
The subset of eTK or eVK2 records whose fields contain string A is then searched for fields containing both strings B and C.
Search for references to "stell" and "fix" in the Vatican Library (enter "Vatican||stell&&fix").
